Designed specifically to meet the needs of the individual. Each session will vary according to the student. Sessions can be used to improve, augment or start a practice; to examine alignment, work with asana’s that are currently challenging or unavailable; examine stuck spots, areas of tightness, tension; focus on adjustments in asana or recommendations for the students current practice. These sessions are particularly valuable for those who are seeking accommodations within asana for injury and/or illness. Sessions can also focus on the development of an individualized sequence for daily personal practice at home.
