Classes are an hour, scheduled during lunch, before or after the workday.
Group weight loss, functional fitness and yoga is available for all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced.  
Corporate programs range from eight to twelve weeks.

Personal Training/Private Yoga

Do you want to loose weight, get in shape, improve your strength and flexibility?  Private sessions are an opportunity to address your needs and achieve your goals.  As a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and health professional, I will develop a program tailored to your needs. Private Training sessions allow you to build the strength you want while improving functional fitness and achieving weight loss, tone and flexibility.  Nutritional guidance is also provided.  Private Yoga sessions are designed to increase your flexibility, restore peace of mind and serenity.  These highly personalized sessions allow you to explore the finer points of fitness, nutrition, breathing techniques, health and wellness in the privacy of your home, office or my private studio in St. Petersburg, FL.  Private sessions are available in Pinellas County from St. Petersburg to Clearwater including the beaches, Belleair, Seminole and Largo, Florida.
