Come Stretch and Flex with us! This is an open level class, all levels of yoga practitioner’s from beginning to advanced are welcome to join us for an hour of deep stretching while we investigate various areas of tightness and tension, making your body a more spacious home. Classes are held every Tuesday & Friday at 9:15 a.m.. $ 10.00 per person. Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
This class can be arranged for private or small group sessions at your convenience
Join me for an hour of conscious relaxation. Each week we practice a different Yoga Nidra, including rotation of consciousness, breath work and guided visualization. Although Yoga Nidra is advanced practice, no experience is required. You will be laying still for 50 minutes, remaining awake and aware while relaxed. Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
Sunset Sail and Stand Up Paddle board (SUP)
We depart from Island Estates, Clearwater Beach, FL 33767
Join us for a 2 hour excursion as we take a relaxing boat ride on a 30 foot Pontoon boat complete with 6 Paddle boards to calm waters. Once on location, Captain Justin will place paddle boards in the water for an hour of Stand Up Paddle board fun. You do not need to have any experience with paddle boarding. All that is required is a desire to learn, relax, have fun and a willingness to get wet. Sunset Sail and SUP are limited to 6 people. Reservations are required. Wear a bathing suit, sunscreen, sunglasses (securely attached). Bring a beach towel, cover up, water and anything else you may need for 2 hours on the water. Price includes boat ride, paddle board rental, SUP lesson – $ 50.00 per person. Scheduled weather permitting.
Heart Opener Workshop
During this workshop we will create freedom and strength throughout the body.
This class is suitable for all levels, including those who have experienced illness or injury to these areas as well as those seeking to make their body a more spacious home.

Introduction to Forrest Yoga
This is an Introduction to Forrest Yoga Workshop for beginners and continuing students. Forrest Yoga is a dynamic and mindful yoga workout that builds flexibility, intelligence and strength while helping students deepen their relationship to their authentic selves. Forrest Yoga helps individuals heal from physical and emotional injuries and create a more spacious home. The workshop is specifically designed for the needs of the students, including basic moves, pranayama (breathing techniques) and postures. Attendees should bring a yoga sticky mat, bottle of water and a beach towel.

Healthy Kitchen Makeover. We all know it’s hard to get rid of the foods that you know are “bad” for you, or as we like to call it – comfort foods. Why hold on to these foods? Let us help you take action and let them go. Often times, we also find foods that you think may be healthy, but is really sabotaging your diet. We will re-organize and clear out your cabinets, fridge and pantry. No worries, you’ll learn how to re-stock them with healthier alternatives. The mission is to provide you with a long-term healthy lifestyle change, not a temporary one.
The makeover typically requires about 2 hours to complete, depending on the size of your pantry. (All unwanted foods are donated to a local Food Bank.)
